About Shane Richardson

Shane Richardson is President of Lagrange, a project controls consulting company. Throughout his career, Shane has built an extensive background advising owners and contractors on project execution and management, with particular expertise in planning and scheduling, cost control, change management, risk management, and project management.

Shane brings deep experience in resolving claims and disputes on construction projects, tackling complex challenges including schedule delay analysis, productivity and labor analysis, quantifying the effects of delay and disruption, and addressing cost overruns. He has partnered with contractors and both public and private owners to implement robust Project Management Offices (PMO) and Program Controls programs across diverse industries—from Government and Mining to Power, Oil and Gas, Nuclear, Environmental Remediation, Commercial, and Technology sectors.

Before entering consulting, Shane worked for Bechtel Corporation and CB&I across their Power, Government, Civil Infrastructure, Mining, and Oil and Gas business units. There, he provided cost, schedule, risk, and change management services on large-scale EPC projects ranging from $20M to $25B.
