As the first step, Applied Project Controls Video Training Program will be rolled out to train Kentz employees on the essentials of Project Controls. This training program consists of 12 high-quality and professionally developed training videos that will be delivered in an online format. The training videos will be accompanied by training manual, case studies, exercises, and an online support forum. Users can access the videos via a private and secure website from any web browser on PC, mobile phone or tablet.
Project Control Academy will develop more online training programs for Kentz in the course of three to four years. Kentz will lead the development of future new training programs.
