Are you constantly battling project overruns and unanticipated changes? Do you find yourself struggling to explain why project schedules and budgets spiral out of control?

In the dynamic landscape of project management, the ability to adapt and manage change is not just beneficial; it’s essential. Despite best efforts in planning, many projects still face unexpected setbacks that lead to cost overruns and delayed timelines. This is where the importance of a robust Management of Change (MOC) process becomes clear.

According to a 2015 Construction Industry Institute study, poor planning, scope creep, and inadequate change management are among the primary contributors to project failure. Management of Change (MOC) not only addresses these issues but also provides actionable strategies to mitigate them.

Rigorous and comprehensive Management of Change is fundamental in maintaining control over your projects and is considered the core of effective project controls.
