The time of sitting on the sidelines and waiting for others to take the lead in implementing new ideas and technologies has passed.
It’s time to be in forefront of the growth and show how as a project professional you can help your projects and organization soar to excellence.
It’s your time to lead the way in bridging the gaps and growing Project Controls.
To lead the way in Project Controls, you need to leverage from the lessons learned and experiences of others who have been on this path before you.
What if you could tap into the hard-earned lessons from a panel of top experts and leaders in Project Controls?
Imagine a specialized, cross-functional team of Project Controls leaders, who collectively bring over 150 years’ worth of experience, brought together to share their specific project problems and their lessons learned with you in a fun and engaging way!
What if you can partake in the discussions while having fun and learning?
It’s a session you cannot afford to miss!
The session will be conducted in a fun way through a truth and lie game, where you can participate in the discussion and be a lie detector!
Yes, a lie detector!
The panelists will each provide two short war stories from their past projects, each of which will include two truths and one lie in their mix of stories. One of the panelists, the Doubter, will question each panelist and provide challenges and objections in an effort to prove the stories to be lies while the panelists defend their stories.
You will get a chance to ask follow-up questions, engage in the conversation, and subsequently vote on whether the story is a truth or a lie.
Through this interactive panel discussion, you will not only have fun, but also learn how the problem projects were tackled in the best way possible.
We end the session by sharing the top 5 lessons learned on leading the way by each panelist based on their experience in project controls, digital transformation, and risk management.
We invite you to join us in this fun, engaging, and value packed webcast. Also, come armed with your lie detectors working.
